expanding a Community Health Center

Updated: Sep 16, 2022

next level's owners representative services help Crescent Community Health Center expand services - adding Mental Health, Quick Care services and soon, even more.

Crescent Community Health Center launched in 2011, in about 15,000 sf. By 2017 they were serving more than 6,800 patients each year. After expanding to a new building and 30,000 sf in 2017, it was time to grow again. In 2019, next level helped the Crescent team create a Brain Health Clinic (3,400 sf) and in 2021, a new Quick Care clinic. Today, in 2022, the Community Health Center serves more than 8,500 people.

“next level has helped us think ahead about our growth and is quick to act and flexible when new funding streams with limited windows created opportunity for expansion. Eric helps us plan and then executed at a high level ." Gary Collins, CEO

Over the course of each project, we facilitated lease negotiations, inventoried existing and future Furniture, Fixture, Equipment and built a program for FFE in the new space. We engaged specialty contractors for medical, dental, and technology improvements, developed the project budget, worked with the construction team and architect to ensure the space was built right, planned and facilitated the move and even coordinated signing needs.

Construction was completed on time and on budget and today Crescent is serving more patients in the community than ever.

Let’s talk about how next level can help with your facility project.
